RuthAnne Dreisbach

RuthAnne Dreisbach has over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, technology, design and communications. In addition to her work at Tilman & Company, since 1998 she has run a boutique consultancy focused on strategic communications for capital raising, client acquisition and investor relations programs across the financial services, technology, energy and healthcare industries. She has co-led and managed communications for several sell-side transactions in the energy sector working with the Rural Infrastructure Opportunities Fund (JV between Capitol Peak Asset Management, the White House Rural Council, and CoBank) and INTL FCStone including – senior debt, growth equity and project finance in the U.S. and Latin America.

Ms. Dreisbach is known for devising creative solutions that leverage mature as well as nascent technologies in developing new products and bringing relevant information, data and targeted communication programs to organizations, stakeholders, and consumers. Notable advisory projects include: leading the design and development of interactive, online wealth management, asset management and investment banking platforms for Credit Suisse; leading the business analysis team in the development firm-wide market data and research platform at Goldman, Sachs & Co.; and writing and designing interactive financial education and professional training programs at Morgan Stanley and US Trust. Previously, Ms. Dreisbach was an executive with Reuters where she led product development and marketing for the ReuterLink suite of products – a range of non-real-time datafeeds and applications supporting Derivative Trading, Analytics and Operations at large global investment banks.

Ms Dreisbach began her career as an analyst in Investment Banking at Shearson Lehman. She holds a B.A. in Economics & English from Rutgers College and professional certifications in design from the School of Visual Arts and the NY School of Interior Design. She is a past member of the boards of directors of the Financial Communications Society and the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company and serves on the Communication Committee of 100 Women in Finance. She attained FINRA series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
