Gordon Robinson leads the Organizational Change practice at Tilman & Company. He has extensive experience advising the leaders of both private and public sector organizations on large-scale culture, process and technology initiatives. He was responsible for establishing and running the US Management Consulting practice at a top-ten global consulting firm. In that capacity he led projects in across asset management, banking, telecommunications, information, manufacturing, transportation and government sectors. Mr Robinson was the host of the Innovations 2011 Conference which brings together leaders from across industries to collaborate on new approaches to today’s challenges.
Mr. Robinson earned his MBA from the Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from NYU. He is certified in Organization Development/Change Management by Georgetown and is a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute.
