Project Management

Judith M. Koval is the head of project management and special assistant to the CEO at Tilman & Company. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Koval served in a variety of project management and system integration roles at Insight, Inacom, Nynex, and IBM. In spearheading and coordinating global mission-critical projects related to process development, operations, procurement, and integration, she worked in partnership with senior management, line executives, and service providers to define needs and deliver products and services to global Fortune 500 clients. While at Insight, Ms. Koval also served as the firm’s international liaison responsible for global coordination of marketing efforts.
